The Origins

The United Nations Commission on International Trade Law –UNCITRAC– implemented the Model Law on Electronic Commerce (MLEC) in 1996, subsequently expanding it with Model Law on Electronic Signatures (MLES) in the year 2001 and then the Convention on the Use of Electronic Communications in International Contracts in the year 2005, changing completely the way the business world works.
Since 1999 different nations and economic regions have implemented laws and regulations that address the incorporation of electronic signature, digital legal documents and important changes in the methodology of work, in the government sector as well as with institutions, companies and individuals. In addition to the DocumentsForever and SaveMyMeeting solutions, DDA is a consultant for such other matters.
In addition to creating and offering the DocumentsForever and SaveMyMeeting product solutions, DDA is a consultant for such other matters. We assist with clarifying and defining the market opportunities for new technologies in the area of the digital legal documents. DDA also have experience in assisting in the selection of hardware and software, the use of modern distributed ledger systems (blockchain) and the training and certifications programs required for client organizations.
